PoWP Shipping Policy

Customers can expect their product(s) to be sent within 1-3 days after purchase, and their shipment should arrive within a week after that. Customers will receive an email confirmation when their purchase is fulfilled by me, as well as when it ships and is delivered. If there is a time limit on the purchase (ex.: a customer needs the product to arrive within a week of purchase), please note this when purchasing the item(s), or email me as soon as possible so I know the circumstances.

 

PoWP Replacement Policy

If something goes wrong with shipment and your purchase arrives damaged, or becomes damaged accidentally afterwards, contact me and we can discuss possibly replacing the damaged piece(s). I am always open to remaking something that was damaged in shipping, as that is not at the fault of the customer, and therefore they will not have to pay for a replacement in that instance.

If the purchased item(s) are damaged later, not at the fault of shipment, customer will be charged for shipping on the replacement piece, but not for the piece itself. This does not apply to commissioned orders. Those will be handled case-by-case, as the circumstances are unique for each order.

There is no deadline for replacements, within reason. If the request comes in after that product is no longer being made, or there are production issues, the request will be treated like a commission order.

 

PoWP Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not provide free return shipping at this time, so it is up to the customer to ship the product themself.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
